Shipping Policy
All items within 2 business days of receiving the order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
Returns are accepted on all merchandise within 30 days for full credit. All products must be unused and in their original packaging. WGES cannot issue refunds for items that are not in original and resalable condition.
General Return Instructions
(1) Place the item securely in its original packaging. All products must be returned in original packaging to guarantee full credit.
(2) Enclose the packing slip and a short note explaining the reason for your return.

(4) Upon receipt a credit equal to the product purchase price will be issued to your credit card.
Incorrectly Shipped Orders
In the event that an item was incorrectly shipped, please contact the WGES Customer Call Center at 1-888-884-WGES within three days of receiving the incorrectly shipped item. Depending on the original method of shipment, WGES will either issue a UPS Call Tag or send a prepaid return address label for you to return the incorrectly shipped merchandise We will ship a new order for the correct merchandise within one business day.
Damaged Orders
In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact the WGES Customer Call Center at 1-888-884-WGES within three days of receiving the damaged item. All original packaging should be kept. WGES may or may not request return of the damaged goods. If we do request that the goods be returned, WGES will either issue a UPS call tag or provide a prepaid return address label to be used for returning those items damaged in transit.
