Returns Policy
Our return and refund policies vary depending on the product you order. In most cases, product returns and refunds must be handled within 30 days of the customer receiving the order. Items that are opened by the customer or returned after the specified time for returns may result in partial refund, no refund, and/or additional fees.
Product-Specific Returns Policies
Some items may have special returns policies. To find the returns policy for an item sold in our online store, click on the "Returns Policy" link to read the returns policy for this product. On the product detail page you may see a link with the phrase "Ships from [Company Name]." Click on the link, and you will be taken to a page where you can read more information about the specific return policy.
To Return an Item Shipped from a Third-Party Company
If you placed an order in our stores, it is possible that the order was shipped by a third-party company other than WGES. On the product detail page you may see a link with the phrase "Ships from [Company Name]." Click on the link, and you will be taken to a page where you can read more information about the specific return policy.
These purchases cannot be returned to WGES. These purchases must be returned directly to be the company that shipped the product, in accordance with the company’s own returns policy.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
